We analyze three patients affected by non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of the genital tract, two of the cervix and one of upper vagina between 1992 to 1998. Age at presentation ranged from 35 to 38 years. In all cases the desease was staged IE in accord with Ann Arbor Stage Classification for lymphoma. Two patients were submitted to chemotherapy (MACOP-B and CHOP schemes) followed by an abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and pelvic-periaortic lymphadenectomy. Histopathologic examination showed complete remission. One patient was submitted to MACOP-B treatment (12 weekly cycles) respecting her pregnancy wish: 8 years late she had a spontaneous abortion. All patients were clinically disease free after a follow up ranging from 24 to 92 months.
