Summary: Surgical management of uterovaginal prolapse with uterine preservation can be achieved in young women. Surgical technique is described. Gore-Tex mesh application and Douglas obliteration were combined with retropubic colposuspension. Radiological and clinical evaluation confirmed excellent outcome at long-term follow up.
